Thanks to Joseph Ayala, Elementary Counselor at Peterson Elementary School in Merced, CA for this suggestion of a method for using SCAATAP at multiple schools, and, for creating this form for keeping track of entries to be made to SCAATAP when he is away from his computer.

Thanks to Erica Essman, a counselor intern at CU Colorado Springs for helping us develop a workaround for users who do not have a printer connected to their computer, and who need to generate a portable report file that can be printed on another computer.  Follow this link to see how this can be accomlplshed.
